Q&A with Gator Group

21 Mar

Name: Tyler Woodward
Major: Post Bach, Premed Student
Interviewed on March 4, 2014

Q: What did you order from Little Red Riding Truck today?
A: I got the vegetarian currywurst. It’s good. I’m waiting for it to cool down, but the few bites I had were good.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about the SFSU campus?
A: I’d have to say my favorite thing about the campus is how everything is so wide and spread out it is and there’s a lot of greenery. In my undergrad I went to Long Beach State and it’s huge but there’s not that much green. This is more spread out and there are a lot of trees here.

Q: What is the best thing that has happened to you today?
A: I would probably have to say the weather because I was so worried it was going to rain and I don’t have any waterproof shoes. It’s amazing that I live in San Francisco and don’t have any waterproof shoes, but I survived.

Q: Do you have any secret joys at SFSU?
A: This is one of my favorite places here, West Campus Green. It’s always really quiet, peaceful, you hear the birds chirping and I love soccer and people are always playing. They play football down here sometimes, too. But it’s just a great place to come and relax.

Q: What’s your favorite class that you’re taking this semester?
A: I’m going to have to say Physics 2 because I love electricity and I used to play with circuits when I was a kid so I’m learning why everything works the way it does now.

Name: Luca Fontana
Major: Accounting

Q: Do you eat at the food trucks often?
A:  Yes. At least once or twice a week.

Q: What’s your favorite food truck?
A: This one that I am eating today. Little Red Riding Truck. They have really good food. I really like schnitzel because I am European it reminds me of back home.

Q: What is the best thing that has happened to you today?
A: I met a really good friend at the food truck and I am really happy to have met her here.

Q: What is your favorite thing about the campus?
A: I love the culture. Everyone here kind of has their own thing going for them.

Q: Do you have any secret joys at SFSU?
A: Getting food from the food trucks and eating by myself.

I just love seeing articles about trucks that we have built. This truck came out great and I knew it would be a success in the San Fran area. One of these days I am going to make it up to San Francisco to try Little Red Ridding Truck’s schnitzel. Its sounds awesome.
