Our spotlight today is from Zenia  Llamas of Naked Chorizo. Thanks for taking the time to talk to us Zenia!

Q: What sparked the interest to start  Naked Chorizo?

A: My passion for cooking and creating a twist of nakedness.

Q: What kind of food does your truck serve and what inspired that choice of cuisine?

A: My Choice of cuisine is inspired by my background of Spanish-Filipino food. These are delicacies from a different region of the Philippines. Where we were colonized by the Spaniards.

Q: What do you recommend first time visitors to try at your truck?

A: Of course the Chorizo.

Q: What’s the best part about serving at the SF State campus?

A: As the students pass by and grab there lunch.  They are excited and giddy and willing to explore.

Q: What’s something most people don’t know about your truck?

A: That is a Spanish- Filipino Truck .. They get confused because of the diverse menu.
